Your initial Endodontic consultation may cost up to $300, depending on the requirements of your treatment.
Once you have completed your consultation and a treatment plan has been developed and discussed with you, we will email you a fully itemized payment schedule prior to the commencement of treatment. This will inform you of approximate costs associated with your treatment.
Payment for your consultation and ongoing treatment is payable at the time of your treatment and certain cases may require a deposit prior to commencement. If you have private medical insurance, please bring the necessary information to allow us to process the claim on your behalf. Please note that your Private Health Fund rebate is determined solely by the fund themselves and any discrepancies regarding your rebate will need to be discussed with your fund.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos, cash or cheque (we do not accept AMEX or Diners).
Failure to attend an appointment without sufficient notification will result in an invoice which will reflect the amount of time that has been set aside for you. 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid incurring this fee.
